Bio4Life Biotech was established in 2021 via TÜBİTAK BİGG support (Individual Young Entrepreneurship Program).

It acts for transforming biotech knowledge into practices to contribute to a sustainable life and circular economy. 

In this respect, it performs studies to provide eco-friendly, biobased, and bio-functional materials for various industries.

Currently, it carries out R&D on the production of natural polymers with biotechnological processes for the textile industry and medical imaging industry.

Müjgan Naycı Duman, Ph.D.

Müjgan Naycı Duman is an R&D and innovation consultant, SME & Startup mentor. She has a wide range of experience in production, research and project management in the textile industry. She received her master's degree in Textile Engineering from Ege University, Department of Textile Engineering on quality assurance systems in textiles and completed her PhD on e-textiles at Marmara University, Department of Textile Engineering.

Mohamad Takwa, Ph.D.

Dr. Mohamad Takwa is an academic, entrepreneur, investor, and a strategic, creative visionary with long experience co-founding successful start-ups. As a serial-biotech entrepreneur, he has co-founded, led, and successfully exited four innovative biotech and MedTech ventures (two M&As and two listings on the Swedish exchange market). He has extensive global experience across academic, business, and clinical institutions, and enjoys sharing his experiences with the Boards he sits on as well as companies he provides strategic advice to them. Dr. Mohamad Takwa received a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, an MSc in Molecular biotechnology from the University of Milano, was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Lund University.

İnalcan Güleç

İnalcan Güleç is a senior investment associate with Eksim Ventures, an Istanbul-based corporate venture capital fund investing in startups and scaleups. Prior to join Eksim Ventures, İnalcan held a variety of commercial roles such as sales management, marketing, business development in different industries, including hospitality, automotive, telco and B2B software. After graduating from Robert College, İnalcan received his bachelor's and master’s degrees from Boğaziçi University. An EMCC-certified mentor, he’s also passionate about mentoring young people and entrepreneurs. İnalcan is also an equality task force member of the Istanbul chapter of BPW, the International Federation of Business and Professional Women, aiming to promote and empower women worldwide.

Sarp Uzer

Sarp studied Labor Economics at İstanbul University. He has 20 years of professional experience in several fields such as online/offline marketing management, Business development, Major IT and Operations Projects, E-Commerce Projects, Hardware and software import, distribution & sales. Currently, besides his mentor hat in several accelerators, he is working as an instructor and consultant in the digital marketing and e-commerce fields.
