Bio4Life Biotechnology and R&D Inc. is a biotechnology venture established in 2021 with the support of the TÜBİTAK BİGG Programme. Our company operates in the fields of microbial pigments, recombinant enzymes, bioprocess development, biotechnology-focused R&D, and scientific project consultancy.
Our aim is to transform knowledge and technologies arising from academic research into practical, high-quality, and sustainable biotechnology solutions for research laboratories and industry.

Dr. Müjgan Naycı Duman
Dr. Müjgan Naycı Duman is an R&D and innovation consultant and an SME & Startup mentor. She has extensive experience in production, research, and project management within the textile industry. She received her master's degree in quality assurance systems from Ege University's Textile Engineering department and her doctorate degree in e-textiles from Marmara University's Textile Engineering department.
Dr. Mohamad Takwa
Dr. Mohamad Takwa is an academic, investor, and entrepreneur with a highly strategic and visionary approach to building successful startups. As a serial biotech entrepreneur, he has co-founded, led, and successfully exited four innovative biotech and MedTech startups. He possesses extensive global experience in academic, commercial, and clinical settings and enjoys sharing his expertise with the boards he serves and the companies to whom he provides strategic advice. Dr. Mohamad Takwa holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from the University of Milan, a PhD in Biotechnology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, and has held Postdoctoral Research positions at Lund University.
İnalcan Güleç
İnalcan Güleç is a senior investment partner at Eksim Ventures, an Istanbul-based corporate venture capital fund that invests in startups at various stages. Prior to joining Eksim Ventures, İnalcan held diverse commercial roles in sales management, marketing, and business development across various sectors including hospitality, automotive, telecommunications, and B2B software. After graduating from Robert College, İnalcan received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Boğaziçi University. He is an EMCC-certified mentor and is passionate about mentoring young people and entrepreneurs. İnalcan is also a member of the equality working group of the Istanbul branch of BPW International Federation of Business and Professional Women, which aims to promote and empower women worldwide.
Sarp Uzer
Sarp Uzer, who completed his education in the Department of Labor Economics at Istanbul University, has 20 years of professional experience in various fields such as online/offline marketing management, business development, large-scale IT and operations projects, e-commerce projects, hardware and software import, distribution and sales. Currently, he continues his work as a trainer and consultant in the fields of digital marketing and e-commerce, as well as serving as a mentor in various accelerators.
